Deplopyment on Load balanced SP 2010

Could anyone assist on the following?

I am unable to deploy the fluent ribbon wsp that I created using the command "stsadm -o deploysolution...". When I execute this command, it only deploys on one server of the cluster. When I deploy using "Manage Farm Features" in Central Administration, it deploys on both servers succesfully.

However, I still can't see the feature in the Manage Site features. So I install the feature using the command "stsadm -o installfeature..." and activated using the command "stsadm -o activatefeature...".

The below procedure when done on a single server, everything works great. But when done on a clustered server, the custom webpart just doesn't appear in the insert webpart menu.

  stsadm -o deactivatefeature -name "PrintRibbon_Feature1" -url http://sp-app
stsadm -o retractsolution -name printribbon.wsp -url http://sp-app -local
  stsadm -o execadmsvcjobs
  stsadm -o deletesolution -name printribbon.wsp
  stsadm -o addsolution -filename "C:\Users\admin\Desktop\PrintRibbon.wsp"
stsadm -o deploysolution -name printribbon.wsp -url http://sp-app -local -allowgacdeployment
  stsadm -o execadmsvcjobs
stsadm -o installfeature -name "PrintRibbon_Feature1" -force
stsadm -o activatefeature -name "PrintRibbon_Feature1" -url http://sp-app -force

Hello Eliaskh,

First, it would be helpfull if you tell us what version of SharePoint are you using.

Next, did you try PowerShell?

Add-SPSolution "C:\Users\admin\Desktop\PrintRibbon.wsp"
Install-SPSolution -Identity printribbin.wsp -gacDeployment

Enable -SPFeature -Identity <Your feature GUID> -url http://sp-app

Is the http://sp-app your cluster url or your local server url?

Hope this will help.
